Elmont Elementary's Back to School Backpack & Supplies
When will my child receive their backpack and supplies?
We expect all bags and supplies to arrive the week of August 12th.
Our tentative plan will be to have them in classrooms for Open House
night, but we will confirm this once they are delivered.
Will my child be able to pick out their backpack?
There will be a backpack already placed at your
child's desk and filled with the Elmont supply list
items.
Can my child take the backpack home on
Open House night?
Yes! Your child can unpack their supplies,
similar to past years when items were
brought in and we encourage you to take
the backpack home to use on the first day
of school!
Teacher Assignments will be mailed to your house before Open House. Open House is Thursday, 8/15 from 4 - 6 pm. Our PTA will be hosting our annual Cookout, too!
